CET is a commitment – please review the calendar to get an idea of all our season involves and to ensure availability. CET students are expected to attend all CET hours of all CET days. Please note that the calendar is subject to change and updates are made throughout the spring and early summer. Unexpected circumstances like heat days or added school days at the end of the school year may change some dates.
April 11 – Last day to apply for tuition assistance
May 1 – Tuition due
Last day to withdraw for a refund
Last day to switch from buy-out to family service or family service to buy-out
May 15 – Background checks due for adults helping with Family Service Hours
Mid-May – Taking Care of Business (TCOB)
Midsummer = Incoming 4th and 5th graders; ALL Midsummers are in the Midsummer Festival Shows.
Middle & High School Performance = Incoming 6th-12th graders in the performance track
Tech = All Tech kids
Please note – All CET participants (both those in performance and tech tracks) will get a rehearsal schedule with specific, possibly additional rehearsal and show times. We get these out to you as soon as we can, pending casting and venue confirmation.
Although we strongly prefer 100% attendance, our attendance policy allows limited pre-approved absences for no more than three days, and:
• must be for pre-planned family commitments
• cannot occur during the last two weeks of CET
• must be pre-approved in writing from the CET office
Please fill out this form with the date and reason of absence as soon as you are aware of a conflict.
